In the course of the 10 last years, Dirk has assited in the follow up of strategic projects for national and international firms. Before that he was senior manager at Accenture, where he has worked for more than 10 years and developed a particular expertise in the field of client relationship management. Dirk has worked in many European countries and fluently speaks English, Dutch, German and French.

The experience of Dirk in the area of client development programs is based on his knowledge and work in many different industries and sectors. In that context he has developed a strong expertise in the relationship between companies and their service providers. He knows how to structure a client development program and how to create momentum around it within a firm and measure its success. He has lead many projects in this area over the last 15 years.
