Bignon De Keyser, a strategy consulting firm dedicated to the legal professions, continues to grow and welcomes Sébastien Baert as a Senior Consultant to strengthen its intervention capacities and also to develop a leadership and change management offer. About Sébastien Baert

With an academic background in law (Paris I), finance (MBA NYU Stern Business School), and organizational management (INSEAD), Sébastien, an ICF-certified coach, began his career in the legal and financial department of the pharmaceutical group SANOFI (formerly Aventis). 

He continued as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions at BNP PARIBAS, then as a consultant in corporate finance and investors for 10 years in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan). Afterwards, Sébastien founded a consulting firm specializing in corporate culture diagnosis, change management, and executive and team coaching.
