Sébastien Baert, a senior consultant at Bignon De Keyser, began his career in the legal and financial department of the pharmaceutical group SANOFI (formerly Aventis). After completing his MBA (NYU Stern – HEC Paris) in corporate finance, Sébastien worked as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions (BNP PARIBAS), then as a finance and investor consultant for ten years in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan). 

In Asia, Sébastien then founded a consulting firm specializing in the diagnosis of corporate culture, change management, and coaching of executives and management teams. In France, Sébastien accompanies many professional services firms (e.g., law firms, accounting firms) in their leadership and organizational development projects. 

Sébastien has been a member of the management committee of several start-ups in the health and technology sectors. Trained in executive coaching (Insead, ICF), Sébastien is a founding member of a network of coaches and experts in leadership development.
