Sébastien Baert, partner at Bignon De Keyser and lawyer by training, has a deep knowledge of business organisations and their operation, in France and internationally.

Convinced that legal organizations would benefit from help in the management of their business issues, he has, in recent years, applied his know-how to players in the legal sector by helping them to develop their strategic vision and formalize their corporate culture.

Sébastien has also developed expertise in coaching in the management of legal organizations and their teams. Additionally he advises professional services firms on improvement of their performance and optimizing their remuneration system in alignment with their overall strategy.

Sébastien advises the firm’s clients through careful co-working with all stakeholders and resolute focus on value creation.

Before joining Bignon De Keyser, Sébastien started in the legal and financial department of the pharmaceutical group Sanofi.

He continued as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions at BNP Paribas, then as a corporate finance consultant and investor for 10 years in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan). Subsequently, Sébastien founded a consulting firm working in the fields of executive and management team coaching, change management and organizational diagnostics. Sébastien works with the London Business School as an executive coach for executive programmes.

Sébastien holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law (Panthéon-Sorbonne), a double MBA (HEC Paris / NYU Stern Business School), and an Executive Masters in Change (Insead). He is an ICF certified coach at the PCC level and has more than 800 hours of professional coaching under his belt.
