Cassandre Morcello, senior consultant at Bignon De Keyser, has extensive knowledge and experience of the French legal market, its players and in particular notaries.

She has been working for several years with players in the legal market as part of their organizational transformation, as a project manager and change management consultant.

She brings that experience and established methodology to the management of change projects. She is very used to piloting transformation action plans and facilitating the transition from idea to action.

She helps to support the implementation of projects through close relationships with key stakeholders, and effective monitoring and reporting on performance.

Before joining Bignon De Keyser, Cassandre was a digital transformation consultant in French and international consulting firms. For more than 15 years, she has assisted the IT teams and business departments of large French companies in their digital transformation.

Cassandre Morcello holds a Master’s degree in European Political Science.
