Patrick Brousse, Senior Consultant at Bignon De Keyser, has 20 years of experience in designing and facilitating training in professional services businesses in France and internationally.
Since his arrival at Bignon De Keyser, Patrick has designed and organized the training delivered by the firm in addition to supporting its existing strategic and operational advisory activities.
The ‘soft skills’ training courses set up by the firm under Patrick’s responsibility are aimed at partners as well as associates at professional services firms.
During his extensive career, Patrick has developed a detailed know-how and understanding of the core skills of leadership required by professional services businesses, which he draws on when advising and training teams.

Prior to joining Bignon De Keyser, Patrick was a partner at Arthur Andersen and then EY, developing outsourcing activities for finance, tax and accounting functions. In parallel to his operational activities, he was actively involved in the design, development, deployment and facilitation of ‘soft skills’ training courses for Andersen and EY employees.
For the past 15 years, Patrick has been a member of the faculty of Sciences-Po Paris, where he leads a ‘soft skills’ course for students in the Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy. Patrick is himself a graduate of Sciences-Po and is a certified public accountant and auditor.
